Customer Service superstars – come on down. go-centric are growing and are looking for Customer Experience Specialists to join our amazing team.

We need people who excel at making a great experience for customers, whether that be over the phone, via email or live chat. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assessing and resolving enquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email, and live chat
  • Processing of membership applications, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Dealing with payments efficiently and securely
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions
  • Ensuring compliance of service levels required by the contractor
  • Meeting and exceeding contractual targets

Essential Experience: 

  • Contact or call centre experience of both inbound and outbound calls
  • Experience of working a customer facing environment (remote or face to face)
  • CRM experience 

Essential Skills: 

  • Excellent written & spoken English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 
  • Active listening skills – able to deal with sensitive topics 
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining high standards 
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building

Hours: you will be contracted 40 hours a week on a rotational shift pattern anytime between 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday.
